We guarantee to provide you with a selection of the best tailored resume options to choose from within a week’s time or less of our initial call.

Create Profile: Create a profile in ~60-90 seconds (requiring you to book a call/zoom) and gather information on your ideal intern needs and wants via a quick ~5-10 minute phone call or Zoom meet.

Get Notified: Receive a text and/or email notification when we have found your perfect candidates to choose from, providing you with resume options within a week's time or less.

Selection: You’ll have 4 days to choose your intern(s), reject candidates, arrange interviews, or request a new batch entirely. All facilitated through the click of a button on our platform. Extensions are available if requested within the 4-day window.

Interview(s)/Onboarding: A follow-up call will be scheduled after the initial call to assist with reviewing resumes and making decisions. Once you’ve selected your desired interns for interviews or direct onboarding, introductory emails will immediately connect you with your intern(s) to begin the next steps.

Note: Should you need an extension to make the decisions stated above, it must be communicated within the 4 day period. No communication entirely + a 2 day grace period, will result in your subscription starting automatically.

Risk free exploration: Credit card details must be entered to view resumes. You are only charged our subscription upon the first day of students beginning their internship with you — therefore, interviewing, asking for more candidates, etc., is entirely FREE under our platform as we believe in risk free exploration. Since we operate as a SaaS service, billing as stated above is at the start of the monthly cycle.

As a subscription service, we offer flexible plans to suit your company's needs. Choose from monthly, three-month, six-month, or yearly subscriptions, with greater savings for longer commitments. Our affordable pricing and access to top-quality talent make us a reliable, long-term solution for your business.

Our students commit to a minimum of 8 weeks, with most staying significantly longer. They are required to provide at least a two weeks' notice before leaving a company, ensuring no unexpected turnover for our clients while maintaining optimal flexibility for our students.

Companies can choose between a flexible monthly subscription or opt for a more cost-effective three-month, six-month, or annual plan.

Students are expected to commit up to 40 hours per month during the academic year and up to 80 hours per month during the summer (June and July). Companies may request additional hours beyond these limits, but only with the student’s direct consent. Please note, any hours worked beyond these specified limits will void our guarantee.
