We guarantee within a week’s time (unless your criteria is extremely niche) from our initial call that we will provide you with a few quality and tailored resume options to choose from.

Create Profile: Create a profile in 60 seconds (requiring you to book a call/zoom) and gather information on your intern needs and wants via a quick ~5-10 minute phone call or Zoom meet.

Get Notified: Receive a text and/or email notification when we have found your perfect candidates to choose from, providing you with resume options within a week's time or less.

Selection: You will have 84 hours (extensions available if communicated in advance) to select the intern(s) you want to start or arrange interviews with.

Interview(s)/Onboarding: Once you've selected your desired interns for interviews or direct onboarding, introductory emails will be sent immediately to connect you with your intern(s).

Note: If you miss the 84-hour deadline, the initial batch of interns may no longer be available, as we allow interns to apply for other opportunities on our platform after the deadline. This ensures fairness to the students and helps them find opportunities quickly and efficiently.

Payment/Free Trial: Credit card details must be entered to view resumes. Payment will be charged (or the free trial will begin) as soon as you access the resumes

As a subscription service, companies have the flexibility to commit only for their chosen subscription term. We offer both monthly and three-month subscription plans, allowing you to select the option that best fits your company's needs. With our affordable pricing and high quality talent, we strive to be a permanent solution for your business.

Our students commit to a minimum of 8 weeks, with most staying significantly longer. They are required to provide at least a two weeks' notice before leaving a company, ensuring no unexpected turnover for our clients while maintaining optimal flexibility for our students.

Companies can choose between a flexible monthly subscription or a more cost-effective three month plan.

Students are required to work up to 10 hours per week during the school year and up to 20 hours per week during the summer months (June and July). Companies may request additional hours beyond these limits, but must obtain direct consent from the student. If students work beyond the specified hours, they will no longer be covered under our guarantee.
